Il Borro is a center of excellence that goes beyond viticulture: its philosophy is based on sustainability and a deep respect for the land. With practices ranging from organic farming to viticulture, to the production of oil and honey, each product is the result of careful care for our environment.

At the Bio Corner, you will find a selection of the farm's wines, ranging from whites to reds, sparkling wines to gin and vinsanto. We also offer organic flours, tomato sauce, and mostarda, perfect for those who love to rediscover the authentic flavors of tradition.

Our breakfast is designed to help you start the day at the slow, authentic pace of Tuscany.

Breakfast features a varied buffet with homemade cakes and tarts, fresh croissants, yoghurt and seasonal fruit, as well as a generous selection of savoury options including local cured meats and organic eggs from the local area.

On request, our staff will be happy to prepare scrambled eggs or personalised omelettes to order, served with espresso-style coffee (coffee, cappuccinos, tea and herbal teas).

Individually packaged gluten-free options are also available to ensure maximum safety and prevent cross-contamination.

Near Hotel Fox’s Inn lies one of Tuscany’s most stunning landscapes: the Balze del Valdarno, clay cliffs sculpted by erosion which, at sunset, glow with shades of ochre and rust-red, transforming into a veritable natural theatre.

For those who love walking, the Pratomagno offers woodland trails leading up to the famous Croce del Pratomagno – the area’s premier attraction, offering breathtaking views – as well as wider routes passing through splendid historic villages such asLoro Ciuffenna, Castelfranco di Sopra and Laterina. Not far away lies Il Borro, a charming 12th-century medieval village that has been skilfully restored and is nestled in the Tuscan countryside.

For those seeking a more rugged excursion, the Catenaia Caves, in the Bandella and Valle dell’Inferno Nature Reserve, offer a trek through limestone caves and silence.

If you’re looking for history, art and events, Arezzo hosts the Giostra del Saracino twice a year – a spectacular historical tournament that brings Piazza Grande to life, held on the third Saturday in June and the first Sunday in September. During the winter, the city also hosts its famous Christmas markets, an unmissable event that attracts visitors from all over Italy.

Finally, for a perfect day trip, Anghiari is a must-visit: a medieval village where the fortress, the Battle Museum and its cobbled streets remain perfectly preserved.

In our restaurant, we always offer vegetarian options and dishes for children, with menus designed especially for them.

We are well-equipped to manage food allergies and intolerances.

However, for guests with coeliac disease, we would like to point out that we do not have a separate kitchen, so we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination. We do, however, provide a selection of specific pre-packaged products, such as bread, biscuits and many others.
