Getting here by public transport is very straightforward. If you choose to travel by train, the nearest station is Montevarchi-Terranuova, which is on the Florence–Arezzo railway line.
Once you arrive at the station, you can board the MIV 02 Via S. Tito bus at the ‘Vecchia Autostazione Montevarchi’ stop. When you reach the final stop, change buses and board the LAP112 S. Giustino V. No. Piazza del Popolo bus, getting off at the final stop. The hotel is about a 1-minute walk from the bus stop.
Services are convenient and frequent, with departures every 30 minutes, and the journey takes around 25 minutes on the MIV 02 route and 25 minutes on the LAP112 route. If, however, you prefer a quicker option, you’ll always find taxis waiting in the station forecourt to take you to the hotel in about 15 minutes.
For those travelling by plane and landing at Florence Peretola, the best route is to take the tram to Florence’s central station, Santa Maria Novella, and from there, the direct train to Montevarchi.
